Pierre Rivière; A Wandering Rage
A visual exploration of anger, violence, and the turbulence of the human mind, inspired by Michel Foucault’s account of Pierre Rivière. Through an expressive and unsettled visual language, the works reconstruct fragments of Rivière’s life—from childhood memories and moments of joy to the darker passages of violence. Rather than simply recounting a crime, the series seeks to confront the psychological and social roots of violence, and the inner turmoil of an individual caught between himself and society.
